أكبر قيمة مفردة لمصفوفة الأوزان، وتُعبّر عن أقصى تمدد يمكن أن تُحدثه المصفوفة في أي متجه مدخل. تُستخدم لحساب ثابت ليبشيتز لكل طبقة.

The largest singular value of a weight matrix, representing the maximum stretch the matrix can apply to any input vector. Used to compute the per-layer Lipschitz constant.
