تقسيم فورونوي

تقسيم الفضاء إلى مناطق بحيث تضمّ كل منطقة جميع النقاط الأقرب إلى نقطة مرجعية معيّنة من أي نقطة مرجعية أخرى. يُشكّل حدود القرار الطبيعية لمُصنِّف الجار الأقرب.

A partition of space into regions such that each region contains all points closest to a particular reference point than to any other. It forms the natural decision boundaries of the nearest neighbor classifier.
