وحدة TPU Pod

مجموعة كبيرة من شرائح وحدة معالجة الموتّرات (TPU) مربوطة بشبكة عالية السرعة داخل مركز بيانات واحد. وحدة TPU v4 Pod الواحدة تحتوي على آلاف الشرائح. دُرِّب PaLM عبر وحدتين Pod تحتويان معاً على 6144 شريحة.

A large group of Tensor Processing Unit (TPU) chips connected by a high-speed network within a single datacenter. A single TPU v4 Pod contains thousands of chips. PaLM was trained across two Pods containing 6144 chips total.
