نسخة مُستقرّة من القاعدة الهبّية تُضيف حدّ اضمحلال يُطبّع متجه الأوزان، مما يمنع النمو غير المحدود ويجعل التعلُّم يتقارب نحو اتجاه المكوِّن الرئيسي الأول.

A stabilized version of the Hebbian rule that adds a decay term to normalize the weight vector, preventing unbounded growth and making learning converge to the direction of the first principal component.
