العتبة بتأخُّر

آلية عتبة مزدوجة تستخدم عتبتين (عُليا ودُنيا): البكسلات فوق العُليا تُقبل كحواف مؤكّدة، وتحت الدُنيا تُرفض، وبينهما تُقبل فقط إذا كانت متصلة بحافة قوية.

A double-threshold mechanism using high and low thresholds: pixels above the high threshold are accepted as definite edges, below the low threshold are rejected, and those in between are accepted only if connected to a strong edge.
