بنية متعددة المستويات تُمثّل فيها الصورة بخرائط سمات بأحجام مكانية مختلفة، بحيث يختص كل مستوى بمقياس معيّن من الأجسام — المستويات الدقيقة تكشف الأجسام الصغيرة والمستويات الخشنة تكشف الكبيرة.
A multi-level structure that represents an image with feature maps at different spatial resolutions, where each level specializes in a particular object scale — fine levels detect small objects and coarse levels detect large ones.
