Azimuth opens its dome

Why we built a bilingual sky of the papers that made AI — and how to read it.

Azimuth is an Arabic word — السَّمْت — that entered English through astronomy: the direction you point a telescope. It felt like the right name for a place where the seminal papers of hang as stars in one connected sky, readable in Arabic and English.

Every paper here gets the same care: the idea in plain words first, an interactive demo you can touch, the code stripped to its core, and a glossary that honestly documents how unsettled Arabic ML terminology still is. Start with a path if you're new; wander the Observatory if you're not.
