Token Edit Distance

مقياس خطي يحسب عدد الإضافات والحذوف والاستبدالات اللازمة لتحويل تسلسل رموز إلى آخر. يتناسب تقريبياً بشكل خطي مع معدّل الخطأ لكل رمز، ما يجعله يكشف التحسّنات التدريجية بدلاً من إخفائها.

A linear metric that counts the number of insertions, deletions, and substitutions needed to transform one token sequence into another. It scales approximately linearly with per-token error rate, revealing gradual improvements rather than hiding them.
