Symmetric Function

دالة تناظرية

دالة لا يتغيّر خرجها عند تبديل أي اثنين من مدخلاتها. أمثلة: الجمع والأقصى والمتوسط. في PointNet تُستخدم دالة الأقصى كمُجمِّع تناظري يضمن ثبات التبديل.

A function whose output does not change when any two of its inputs are swapped. Examples: sum, max, average. In PointNet, the max function is used as the symmetric aggregator ensuring permutation invariance.
