دالة تُعطي احتمال أن يأخذ متغير عشوائي قيمةً أقل من أو تساوي قيمة معيّنة. في سياق GELU، تُستخدم دالة التوزيع التراكمي للتوزيع الطبيعي المعياري Φ(x) كآلية ترجيح سلسة.
