Cell Assembly

مجموعة من الخلايا العصبية التي تقوّت وصلاتها المتبادلة بفعل التنشيط المتكرر المشترك، بحيث تعمل كوحدة وظيفية واحدة وتستطيع إكمال النمط حين يُنشَّط جزء منها فقط.

A group of neurons whose mutual connections have been strengthened by repeated co-activation so that they function as a unit and can complete a pattern when only partially activated.
