دالة الأساس

عنصر من مجموعة دوال تُستخدم لتمثيل إشارة أو صورة كتوليفة خطية. في الترميز المتناثر، دوال الأساس هي «الذرّات» التي يُبنى منها التمثيل.

An element from a set of functions used to represent a signal or image as a linear combination. In sparse coding, basis functions are the 'atoms' from which the representation is built.
