Backtracking Line Search

تقنية أمثَلة تبدأ بخطوة كاملة ثم تُقلّصها تكرارياً (عادةً بمعامل 0.8) حتى يستوفي التحديث شرطين: تحسُّن الدالة الهدف واستيفاء القيد (مثل حدّ تباعد كولباك-لايبلر في TRPO).

An optimization technique that starts with a full step and iteratively shrinks it (typically by a factor of 0.8) until the update satisfies two conditions: the objective improves and the constraint (such as the KL divergence bound in TRPO) is met.
